Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sip Streak mobile application (the “app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sip Streak on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.

2. Subscriptions

Sip Streak offers a Premium subscription with two billing options:

  • Monthly — $1.99 per month.
  • Yearly — $9.99 per year.

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The following terms apply:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region and are subject to change.

3. Health disclaimer

Sip Streak provides general hydration guidance and goal estimates for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition. Your goal is an estimate — listen to your body and do not over-hydrate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
